Stress relief, relaxation and energy healing are the main focus of this CD. The music is composed within the tonal range of tuning forks in the modified diatonic scale between C 256 – C 512 Hz. This is the very first music recording of its kind. For the recording, the guitar and piano were tuned to the frequency of A 426.7 Hz (as opposed to the standard A 440 Hz). This music is recommended for sound therapy, massage, and in any kind of treatment room where therapy is practiced. It can also be used for personal relaxation in order to get in touch with your inner rhythm.

Listening to these sounds helps activate the seven chakras in a balanced way. The eighth track completes and intensifies the energy of your aura. The titles of tracks follow the sequence of the individual chakras.

Each trace element has its own vibration and each frequency has its own specific tone. Using these specific tones, this music was composed and recorded in the modified diatonic scale of A 426.7 Hz (as opposed to the standard A 440 Hz). Since the human body reacts better to this scale, while listening to the individual tracks, the lack or excess of each trace element becomes balanced through music rather than with the help of any chemicals. Dr. Barbara Hero (United States) came to this conclusion through scientific research and calculations.

Relaxation, energy healing and the increasing of personal vibrations are the main focus of this CD. The planets’ frequencies were discovered and measured by the Swiss mathematician Hans Cousto. He did this by aligning the planets to the octaves heard as each planet moved on its axis in relation to the sun. Thanks to this technique, we are able to understand the characteristics of each planet and can influence our own energy potential and inner peace. Each year, the four seasons change as the earth rotates around the sun. This rotation causes a frequency called “the frequency of the earth year” which is in C# (136.1 Hz). This cosmic vibration, also known as Om, can be found throughout the whole universe. While listening to this music, if you allow this Om to flow through your entire body, it can open up your inner mind, allowing you to find harmony and become one with the cosmos. Every human being is exposed to a variety of differing foreign energies on a daily basis. Not all of these foreign vibrations are good for our body. Especially sensitive people are more likely to attract negative and burdening energies. When negative energy attaches itself to a person, it causes a so-called energy block to occur. This energy block then prevents positive energy from influencing the affected individual.

With the help of specially designed tuning forks, this music is designed to remove energy blocks from the listener and break down any interference fields. The music is composed in the diatonic scale between C 256 – C 512 Hz. The recordings are in C 4096 Hz, C# 4255 Hz, and the C# 4366 Hz octave in which Om is reached at 136.1 Hz.

The seven track titles are in association with the seven days of the week, the seven main chakras and their colors. This way, the individual chakras, along with the varying energies within the days of the week, can be balanced together.

Energy 2 Through the healing sounds made by this set of specially designed tuning forks, the body is able to reach a state of deep relaxation. The balanced sounds heard in C+E and C+G help to relax the body in a number of ways and put the listener at ease. This music serves to relieve physical, psychological and emotional stress. It can also be used to help those with sleeping problems so that they can fall asleep easier and with less interruption. The music is played in the frequency octave band of 4096. Half way through this band, the frequencies reaches C 2048 Hz, E 2560 Hz, and G 3072 Hz. These frequencies balance out the entire body while giving the listener a strong sense of security as healing energy flows throughout the body.

Even when the individual chakras are working to their fullest potential, it still isn’t enough to reach the optimal flow of energy. The cooperation between the individual chakras is also an important part of the process and should, therefore, be given careful attention.

With this CD “Turning Fork Healing – Harmony”, the connecting channels between the chakras become purified and straightened in their orientation while the stability is also strengthened.

Each chakra has its own tone. The foundation of these musical compositions is built by the cooperation of these keynotes. Tracks 1-6 harmonize the Muladhara’s connection with the keynote of C and then harmonize it with all the other chakras. In tracks 8-13, the high C, which is also characterized with the sound of the universe, is then connected with each individual chakra, starting from the Sahasrara to the Muladhara.

In “Chakra Compositions”, I used mainly the C major scale. In this composition, I found a use for semitones as it has long been known that love is all about those semitones. Let those sounds soothe you and the chakras of your hearts, filling your relationships with real joy and sincerity.
